Dear friends, cheesecake testers and lovers,

I want to take opportunity to also kick-off with my first official post on the Schmidt Cheesecake website; even if it’s not Sunday!

I’d like to officially welcome you all on this website, where I’ll post further of my individual lactose-free New York Cheesecake variations and other stories related to Schmidt Cheesecake. Partly, I only can repeat what I’ve posted last week on my private account on Facebook. Thank you so much for all your positive feedback so far and especially for the unforeseen awesome feedback in regards to order requests! I’m still completely surprised about all this feedback – THANK YOU!

I truly have no idea where this journey goes or if its going in any direction at all, but I’ll proceed with my hobby as long as possible, because it’s about fun and sharing some „New York Cheesecake moments“ and if I can make people happy with my New York Cheesecakes; even better! I’m working on some ideas on how you finally could get some of these cakes, but, step-by-step. As marketing professional, „important“ things first 😀
