Some stories begin with a plan. This one begins with a passion. My journey didn’t start with formal training in a pastry shop or a restaurant.
What I do today is the result of a journey shaped by many people and influences.
SCHMIDT CHEESECAKE wouldn’t exist as it does today without you. I am grateful for that, and what has emerged from it is my attempt to give something back.
